LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION

This familiar phrase is one you've probably heard many times and of course, location is an important element in the success of your new BELLY STUFFERS franchise.

In choosing the best location, the BELLY STUFFERS, Inc. development department will consider all of the critical factors necessary to determine whether this is the right location for your BELLY STUFFERS franchise, including:

  • DEMOGRAPHICS
  • POPULATION TRENDS
  • TRAFFIC COUNTS
  • SHOPPING PATTERNS
  • CURRENT RENTS IN YOUR AREA

Once you and your BELLY STUFFERS' development department have agreed on a location, we will work with you every step of the way in establishing your store by:

  • NEGOTIATING YOUR LEASE
  • DESIGNING YOUR STORE LAYOUT
  • ASSISTANCE IN SECURING LOCAL PERMITS AND APPLICATIONS
  • SUPERVISING THE CONSTRUCTION OF YOUR STORE FROM START TO FINISH

Since one of the strengths of the BELLY STUFFERS SYSTEM is that our stores can be effective and profitable in locations as small as 1500 square feet or up to 2,000 square feet, you will have a range of choices as to which type or style of BELLY STUFFERS franchise you wish to have. In other words, you are not "locked in" to be required to invest a set, "inflexible" amount of money to open your franchise. You can choose to spend a minimum amount and open a small BELLY STUFFERS franchise or invest more to open a medium or large size BELLY STUFFERS franchise.
